The finest quality wild caught tuna steak. These deliciously firm and meaty tuna steaks are cut from fish caught in the Indian Ocean. Responsibly sourced and from sustainable stocks, the tuna are fished one-by-one via pole and line which eliminates by-catch and limits the damage to the ocean.
Each tuna loin portion is provided skinless and boneless, ready to go straight into the pan or on the grill. A fantastic source of protein for a healthy diet, they can be cooked simply just like your favourite beef steak in order to fully appreciate the quality. A beautiful deep red, colour variations can be expected depending on where the loin was cut.
