Also known as the Gilthead Bream or the Royal Bream, the sea bream is the most popular and highly regarded 昀椀sh among its species. A beautiful looking 昀椀sh with bright silvery skin and hints of pink and gold, the sea bream is predominantly farmed in the clean waters of the Mediterranean Sea giving it year-round availability in consistent sizes.
Prepped and ready to cook, the sea breams are 昀椀lleted into carefully cut sizes by our experienced in-house bloc cutters. The perfect alternative to the sea bass but with a slightly sweeter taste, simply pan-fry or grill the sea bream 昀椀llets and enhance its 昀氀avours by using dill or fennel to give it an aromatic touch.
