Farmed by seabass breeding specialists, they are grown in the ideal environment of the Mediterranean Sea to help grow to an exceptional size and impeccable quality. Sourced from Global GAP certified suppliers, the sea bass are nurtured using the right methods and fed proper diets living in low-density stress-free environment giving them more space to swim freely and grow to their fullest potential. These exceptionally sized sea bass are then cut into beautiful fresh chunky fillets by our in-house bloc cutters and are delivered ready to be cooked. Best when pan-fried or grilled, their fresh delightful flavour will be delicious on its own but are also paired well with stronger ingredients or spices.
