A striking looking 昀椀sh with a mix of red, orange and pink. Red Mullet are not huge 昀椀sh ranging in size up to 1kg but they are strong in 昀氀avour thanks to the 昀椀sh’s diet of crustaceans.

The large 昀椀sh can be 昀椀lleted but smaller ones simply require scaling. The 昀氀esh can be delicate so caution must be taken when handling Red Mullet.
