Locally caught from the Southwest Approaches, our Monk fish Tail is expertly prepared and delivered ready to be cooked. Our Large Monkfish tail is skinned and, on the bone, grill whole or cut into portions and cook on skewer. This Monkfish tail is also great diced and added to a winter curry.
