As a fresh caught product, due to many different factors such as bad weather conditions and seasonality, product may occasionally be substituted with a similar alternative - we will always notify you of this. Vacuum packed fish stays fresh for longer, but also allows odours to build up. Upon opening the pack, we recommend rinsing fish under cold water and allowing it to air for a few minutes.
