Another important and delicious member of the oily fish club, Sardines are rich in Omega-3s.
Only readily available during the summer months, Sardines are best enjoyed as fresh as possible and are ideal for impromptu lunches, starters or BBQs. We recommend aiming to cook these within a day or two of delivery.
An incredibly versatile fish, they can be cooked in many ways. However, we recommend enjoying them on the BBQ to create crispy skin and smoky flavours. Alternatively, lay on a baking tray, sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and thyme and bake for 12-15 mins at 180°C.
