Widely prized as a food in East Asia and Europe, there are several species of Cuttlefish. Cuttlefish is particularly popular in Spain, Italy and Portugal, although perhaps under utilised in the UK despite being available around our coasts.

Their flavour is sweet and delicate. Great value seafood and easy to cook.
